Are there any registration fees?
No, there are no registration fees. You only pay for tutoring sessions.
How is payment handled?
Payment is made directly through our Connec-T platform, securely.
Can I cancel a session?
Yes, with 24 hours notice, you can cancel or reschedule a session at no charge.
What is the tutoring rate?
Our rates start at $33/hour with the Plus Plan. Pay-per-session is $39/hour for elementary and high school, and $43/hour for CEGEP and university.
Do you offer online tutoring?
Yes! Our online video conference sessions are available throughout Quebec and Canada, at the same rate as in-person sessions.
How do I choose the right plan?
For regular support, the Select Plan (8h/month) is ideal. For intensive exam preparation or catching up, the Plus Plan (24h/3 months) offers the best rate.
